Q: I saw one of your designs at a festival, but don't see it on your site. Can I still order the design?
A: Email us and we would be happy to help you!
Q: I heard that you make custom shirts for birthdays. What can you make for my child's upcoming birthday?
A: We make birthday tees in our cake or cupcake design. Our designs can be gender specific along with the corresponding number of candles (i.e., two candles for a second birthday).
Q: I love your new canvas bags! Are they washable?
A: While the canvas bags and the stichless glue are washable, some of the embellishments are not. Therefore, we only recommend hand washing and air drying. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
Q: What are the measurements of your canvas bags?
A: 13.5 x 13.5 x 3.5 in, 16 in strap length. We also have smaller bags available for "mother & daughter bags". The smaller bags are 11 x 9 x 3 in. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)
Q: Are your shirts made in the USA?
A: Yes, we are proud that our wholesaler is located in California! They create quality cotton apparel while supporting the US economy. They also provide their employees with benefit plans and pay wages that exceed the federal minimum on average. We are a home based company so all of our products are stamped in Maryland! Not too far from Baltimore, hon!! ( :
Q: How are the shirts cut?
A: The shirts are cut small so we recommend buying one size up. Example: If you need a 4, we recommend ordering a 6.
Q: Are the shirts 100% cotton?
A: Yes, they are 100% prewashed cotton so the shirts should not shrink.
Q: Will the designs fade?
A: The colors may "soften" slightly after several washes, but they still look adorable!
Q: Are the designs permanent?
A: Yes, each design is created with permanent fabric dye which is heat set so the colors won't wash out . The fabric dye withstands stain removers (we've tested!) so wash as normal.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: We ask that you please allow us two weeks, but we typically ship much quicker. If you need something in a rush, please let us know.
Q. Do you gift wrap?
A. Yes! All orders are wrapped in green or purple tissue paper and placed in a white gift bag with our label. We also have matching cards available.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We would be happy to accept unworn items if you are not satisfied. Please send us the item at your own expense and we will refund your money.
